All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes, respective to the Province the location is in. Jimmy the Greek reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment is accepted through secure POS payment methods at each location. Payments that are processed through a third-party payment gateway, Jimmy the Greek does not store your payment information.
3. Delivery
Jimmy the Greek does not deliver directly, as we use third-party partners through ordering apps. Uber Eats, DoorDash, Skip The Dishes all handle those matters directly and if there are any issues, they must be taken up with those services.
4. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the Jimmy the Greek website, including images, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of Jimmy the Greek and may not be used without permission.

Jimmy’s Pita Pal Sweepstakes
Jimmy’s Pita Pal Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is organized by Jimmy The Greek. Contest open to individuals legally resident in Canada (excluding Province of Quebec) who are age of majority on November 12, 2024. No purchase required. Skill-testing question required. Odds of winning depend on number of entries. No number of prizes has been allocated to any particular region. The Contest begins November [12], 2024, at 11:00 AM ET, and ends on November 26, 2024, at 5:00 PM ET. Winners chosen by random draw. Unlimited entries per person, and one prize per winner. Three prizes of a Jimmy The Greek Pita Blanket (retail value: $30, including taxes). Additional rules apply.
